Regional Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in the Americas, Germany, or Japan regions. Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs. Participate in international trade shows, business negotiations, and other activities to promote the company’s products and supply chain solutions.
• Oversee the entire order execution process, including quotation, contract signing, logistics coordination, and payment tracking, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with risk control, logistics, and finance departments to handle customs clearance, taxation, and settlement in cross-border trade.
• Act as the regional business liaison, coordinating resources between domestic and international teams to resolve customer issues. Regularly produce regional market analysis reports and propose localized marketing strategies.
• Achieve regional sales performance targets by developing and implementing monthly/quarterly sales plans.

Job Requirements

• :Bachelor's degree or above from the class of 2025, with no restrictions on major (majors in International Trade, Marketing, German/Spanish/English, or other language-related fields are preferred)
• ;Possess cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability to frequent international travel (average annual travel duration >3 months); goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, with experience in campus entrepreneurship, foreign trade internships, or international exchange programs being preferred. Proficient in using Office software and basic knowledge of CRM system operations
