We are seeking a Polish speaking litigation paralegal to support our team. This work requires your full-time presence onsite in our downtown office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery, and case management orders.
• Assist attorneys in scheduling and preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials, including sending out notices, hiring court reporters/videographers, etc.
• Obtain, organize, and maintain medical records, imaging, bills, and other materials for client cases.
• Electronically file legal documents in Illinois State and Federal Courts.
• Correspond effectively with opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and clients.
• Provide support during legal proceedings, including coordinating case schedules, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 35 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a personal injury environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiar with discovery in personal injury cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
