Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project governance & execution
- Effective communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This involves translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms and ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals.
- Exercise Project Management best practices for the project and oversee below project management areas -
- Schedule, Integration, Scope, Cost, Human Resources, Risk, Quality, Communications
- Create Project plan (MPP) and keep track of project issues, status, deliverables, milestones daily
- Works with various teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and timely delivery of project deliverables
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and communication across teams involved
- Drive large, complex, cross-functional programs from inception through planning, resource acquisition, execution and lessons learned.
- Effectively co-ordinate numerous projects, manage different stakeholders, mitigate challenges and work to achieve the desired outcome.
- Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure goals are achieved. Expand program offering by identifying new opportunities and enhancing the quality of existing program.
- Synthesizing requirements coming from many functions and demonstrating a solid working knowledge of requirements to project stakeholders and sponsors.
- Establish project governance processes that enable timely decision making and issue escalation and resolution.
- Establish common processes, tools and metrics that enable transparent project management and reporting. Develop and implement strategies for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical field
- 7 years in a Technical Project Manager role
- Understanding data analytics tools, techniques, and methodologies is crucial. This includes proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong technical skills in relevant technologies, such as cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), data pipelines, and big data technologies. Experience with tools like Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and DevOps is highly valuable.
- Mastery of project management principles, including scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management. Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is essential.
- Must have experience managing Data and Analytics projects
- Experience working in Onshore-Offshore model.

Salary : $85,000 - $200,000
