Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s preferred; Associates required in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : 2-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or related HR / IT roles.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP) and strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications (preferred) : HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or relevant technical certification (e.g., SQL, data analysis tools).
