What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Manager - PACU/Endoscopy position at AnMed Health?
Responsibilities include to supervise and direct nursing unit activities to ensure quality patient care and efficient nursing unit operations for AnMed Health's PACU and Endoscopy located at the Medical Center Campus and North Campus. Additional responsibilities include supervising all nursing staff personnel, directing unit quality assurance activities, and assisting with inservice education and / or nursing staff training. Qualifications : Requires licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina with three (3) - four (4) years clinical experience. Supervisory skills required. Master's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire. If the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director / AVP or CNO. Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required.
