Oversees the daily, weekly and monthly functions of the office, which includes specialty care schedules, front and back desk duties, referrals, workqueues, deposits, and communicating to management when issues arise in any of these processes.
Qualifications: High school, business degree, CMA or equivalent. Minimum five years experience in billing/insurance or management, preferably in medical field. Good interpersonal skills. Good administrative, organizational, professional and computer skills. Interact well with staff, patients and the public.
