What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation Specialist position at AnMed?
The Compensation Specialist will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in total compensation. This person will coordinate all efforts to remain competitive with AnMed's compensation program, including market research, compensation surveys, market adjustment calculations and proposals. Works with the HR talent acquisition team to assess candidate’s prior experience to make fair and equitable job offers to candidates.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications include:
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience in human resources.
Required Skills/ Abilities include:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Professional certification preferred.
- Healthcare human resources experience preferred.
- Large scale compensation experience.
