What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Representative position at AnMed?
Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a friendly,courteous, professional, and timely manner while providing excellent customer service to our membership. Handle requests from members of all types. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services. Responsible for cash drawer, balancing daily and answering phone calls. Responsible for opening new memberships and deposit accounts. Prepare monthly reports as needed. This position will require muiti-tasking within the office.
Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED required. Credit Union, banking, and or cash handling experience would be helpful but not required as we will train. Some computer experience such as Microsoft Word and Excel would be helpful but not required.
