Responsibilities:
You will embark on a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a key member of our front office and billing teams. Candidates must be willing to work on site at various locations in Ann Arbor. Some evenings and weekends may be required. Your responsibilities will include:
Front Office Management:
Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle phone inquiries.
Ensure a seamless patient experience by coordinating with the clinical team.
Billing and Financial Administration:
Learn and assist in the billing process, including insurance claims.
Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Address patient inquiries related to billing and financial matters.
Project Contribution:
Participate in ongoing projects to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Implement process improvements through training, coaching and auditing.
Contribute innovative ideas to elevate the overall patient experience.
Leadership Development:
Work closely with the regional manager and director of operations to learn leadership responsibilities.
Participate in leadership training and development programs.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred, but not required. Transferable skills will be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus.
