The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of combined experience in infection prevention and consulting, along with a deep ability to synthesize scientific data into actionable client recommendations.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of conducting independent research to enhance client value.

Position Profile

  • Interpret laboratory reports and environmental microbiology data to develop customized, actionable recommendations.
  • Develop long-term, trusted relationships with healthcare clients to support renewal, retention, and account expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, including increased sampling frequency, expansion to new departments, or onboarding of additional facilities within health systems.
  • Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders, guiding adoption of new Culturewell products or services based on evidence-based needs.
  • Proactively assess client usage and outcomes to recommend enhanced service packages or custom sampling plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client goals, identify emerging needs, and support Culturewell’s growth strategy.
  • Support sales and business development efforts by participating in product demos, client education sessions, and value-proposition discussions.

  • Support and influence clients’ infection prevention programs through education, thought leadership, and advocacy.
  • Conduct independent research on microbial threats, environmental cleaning practices, and regulatory guidelines to tailor client guidance.
  • Track and report client feedback to enhance services and support client renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to client stakeholders, including infection prevention, environmental services, and quality improvement teams.
  • On occasion, perform sample collection at client sites as needed to support onboarding, expansion, or business development efforts. Sampling may include environmental surface, water, or air testing in alignment with Culturewell’s protocols.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and strategy development.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client names, test results, and other associated client information, including patient data, in full compliance with HIPAA, where applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
