Job Summary
The Enterprise Identity Access Analyst will be responsible for processing client security requests for access to Lurie's network services. This position is responsible for the creation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of user accounts. This position requires the understanding of user access mechanisms and provisioning tools in a variety of systems and applications as used at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. This position will regularly interact with internal clients; therefore this individual must have excellent customer service skills: well organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and result focused.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provision all network access.
- Assist in the design, maintenance, and integrity of the role based access structure.
- Promptly notifies IM management regarding breaches of hospital or department policy regarding the use of hospital information systems.
- Participate in project tasks as required.
- Maintain summary statistics regarding workload, account tracking, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Preferred Associates Degree in Information Systems/Technology (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with user provisioning technologies, application and/or database security administration.
- Understanding of user administration procedures.
- Excellent time and project management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, system diagnostic and communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this position.
- Ability to work independently, with a minimum of daily supervision, is critical for success in this position.
- Experience as help desk or customer service analyst preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, client server applications, UNIX, and web applications is a plus.

Pay Range
$26.25-$42.92 Hourly
