This role involves working closely with stakeholders, data analysts, and other IT professionals to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.Essential Job Functions:Collaborate with stakeholders and data product managers to understand the data and reporting requirements.Develop, maintain and support reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools like Power BI and Thoughtspot.Write test cases and perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI solutions and provide technical support to end-users.Actively participates in upgrade and migration projects from legacy to future state.Clearly defines, documents, and reinforces best practices in data visualization.Provide consultative support and advice on technology projects led by business partners.Provide technical support on ad-hoc queries on usage of BI application.Provide timely updates so that progress against each individual incident can be updated as required.Write and review high quality technical documentation.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related analytics field.1 year experience in enterprise BI development, including creating reports, dashboard applications and scorecards.1 year experience with SQL, with proven ability to write efficient queries.Knowledge of business intelligence concepts, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.Proficiency in Power BI required.Experience with other tools such as Tableau or QlikView beneficial.Ability to follow processes and execute project deliverables in a timely manner.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests.Proven ability and desire to grow technical skill set.Experience with Agile development methodology.EducationBachelor's DegreePay Range$65,520.00-$107,120.00 SalaryAt Lurie Children’s, we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity, reflecting individual contributions, experience, and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position.
