About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN and be passionate about delivering exceptional care to seniors. Experience in caring for seniors or those with cognitive impairment is preferred.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families will be essential in providing a positive and supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal outcomes for residents.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services provided.
