About the Role
This full-time position is located in the Employee Health and Wellness Center at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a Clinical Support Associate, you will work closely with our employee health clinician to provide high-quality patient care and support services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate patient records and schedules.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues.
- Assisting with medical procedures, including blood draws and vaccinations.
- Preparing reports and data for quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
What We're Looking For
