Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior LivingAnn’s Choice, a 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, PA, is seeking AM and PM Housekeeping Supervisors to join our Community Operations Team. These roles will manage teams of approximately 10-15 employees within the independent-living (non-clinical) side of our campus, which includes 1,500 resident apartments and three, large clubhouses packed with amenities and meeting space.
Position Details:
- AM Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM
- PM Shift: 2:30PM-10:00PM

How you will make an impact:
- Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff
- Inspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets with health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community grounds
- Train new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained.
- Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment
- Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our income generating-service offerings to residents, providing them with customized cleaning services and floor care.
What you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or other operations role
- Previous experience managing others

- Compensation: Starting at $50,000/annually annual salary bonus potential
