Job Description
The LPN will be responsible for providing clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with residents and their families, assessing and evaluating resident clinical conditions, documenting findings, and updating care plans as needed. The LPN will also supervise and lead care associates, administer medications, and participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the LPN must have a graduate degree from an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program, a minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care, and a passion for caring for seniors. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
