About the Role
As a
BCBA
at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing
individualized treatment plans
using NDBI. You’ll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child.

Key Responsibilities
Create individualized intervention plans based on assessments and family collaboration.
Guide RBTs and caregivers in implementing programs and ensure treatment fidelity.
Use our user-friendly software to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
Communicate regularly with families and professionals to enhance the overall treatment approach.
Keep up with research to ensure evidence-based practices are used.
Qualifications
Required)
in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience developing and implementing behavior plans.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
experience preferred (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER).
