Position Overview :

ANNA is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations to own and drive our growth and operational success. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is instrumental in market selection and expansion, opening new centers, launching innovative service lines, and ensuring financial performance across all operations. The SVP of Operations will work closely with clinical, administrative, and community outreach teams to ensure the highest standards of care while spearheading strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Expansion :

  • Conduct market analysis using referral data, competition insights, and staff availability to identify optimal locations for expansion.
  • Oversee real estate operations, including site selection, lease negotiations, architecture, and build-out for new centers.
  • Collaborate with the community outreach team to build referral networks and drive client volume in new markets.

Service Line Development :

  • Partner with clinical leadership to design and implement new clinical programs that align with ANNA’s mission and market needs.
  • Develop operational frameworks and budgets to support successful service line launches.
  • Operational Leadership :

  • Take full ownership of the financial and operational success of ANNA’s existing and future centers.
  • Provide financial oversight of operations to ensure centers meet budget goals and operate efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer and clinical leadership to align financial operations with clinical excellence.
  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Management :

  • Track key financial metrics, including revenue, utilization, and cost per client.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial outcomes and optimize value levers.
  • Team Development :

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Regional Operations Directors to support expansion and oversee multi-site operations.
  • Collaborate with human resources to ensure effective hiring strategies for new center staff, including clinicians and administrative personnel.
  • Qualifications :

    Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Experience in ABA or related fields preferred.
  • Clinical experience or familiarity with autism services strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations, with experience managing P&L across multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams in a growth-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market expansion, data-driven analysis, and site development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
