Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Clinic Operations: Manage clinic day-to-day functions, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Supervise & Support Clinical Staff: Provide supervision and training to BCBAs and Behavioral Therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to NDBI principles.
- Support Clinical Excellence: Monitor clinical documentation, ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, and assist with assessments, treatment planning, and parent training.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to assess staffing and training needs and assist with hiring and onboarding new clinicians.
- Facilitate Professional Growth: Conduct individual and group supervision to ensure staff development and the best possible care for children.
Qualifications
- BCBA Certification with 5 years of experience or a Ph.D. in a related field (special education, psychology, communication disorders).
- NDBI Experience Preferred: Experience with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention, and clinical supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online file storage systems.
