What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Anna Maria Island Resorts?
Anna Maria Island Resorts manages two resorts on Anna Maria Island. Our front desk agent cover a variety of tasks. As a front desk agent you will assist guests with check-in. Process all payment types. Assist guests with check-outs . Answer guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping and maintenance to check rooms are ready to check guests into. Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete opening and closing procedures in the computer system. Our guest service agents also assist with laundry at certain properties. Must be able to sit / stand for extended period of time and lift 10 lbs. Schedule includes, mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. After the probation period guest service agents are also required to be on call on a ration basis. Pay based on experience.
