We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teacher's Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children, facilitating their development, and ensuring their well-being while providing support to families. Duties
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the children's development.
- Assist with classroom management by establishing clear rules and expectations for behavior.
- Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social skills development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
