Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator (CSR/Admin) to handle various admin and customer service tasks. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and guaranteeing our customers receive the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Furniture Freight Damage Claims: Handle and process freight damage claims efficiently, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Receive freight into our inventory system, tag inventory accurately, and maintain organized records.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Batch Report Reconciliation: Reconcile batch reports to maintain precise financial records.
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices meticulously to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Order Status Checks: Keep customers updated on the status of their orders, providing clear and timely communications.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel), inventory management systems, and other relevant software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organization with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in everything from inventory management to financial reconciliation.
  • Customer Service: Passion for exceptional customer service and an ability to handle difficult situations gracefully and efficiently.

Additional Skills:

  • Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and support team objectives.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and a dynamic work environment.
  • Languages: Proficient in English; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
