Job Description
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the exact specifications of our guests. This includes setting up stations with all necessary supplies, operating large-volume cooking equipment, and ensuring that food is prepared in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and cook menu items for guests quickly and efficiently
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, and/or deep fryers
- Multitask by cooking several different orders at once
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. They will also have manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils and equipment, and be able to work quickly and efficiently while executing tasks with accuracy.
