Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Catering Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple brands. This role entails achieving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing a diverse range of tasks to ensure successful catering operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to generate conversations with leads, active clients, and at-risk customers, aiming to build relationships and create ongoing revenue.
• Achieve growth in Target Accounts through prospecting and account-based selling techniques.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the geographic territory, including top employers and key economic drivers.
• Utilize the internet to research potential clients and industries to expand our customer base.
• Use external resources (such as business journals, Google, and LinkedIn) to support sales efforts.
• Develop, maintain, and execute Territory Account Plans to drive incremental sales growth.
• Qualify clients and understand their buying patterns, future needs, and forecast significant transactions in our CRM system.
• Meet assigned period, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through sales activities.
• Create proposals and support clients with online and offline ordering processes.
• Actively promote and drive online ordering for catering services.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to uncover referral and growth opportunities.
• Ensure the highest level of customer experience for clients and operating partners.
• Collaborate with teams to successfully execute catering orders.
• Achieve mastery of the catering offers from all brands.
• Manage the calendar efficiently to ensure all orders are communicated with restaurants and that drivers are assigned.
