On-Call Dietary Aide

Annandale Care Center is currently hiring an On-Call Dietary Aide 6:30 am- 2:00pm

The Annandale Health & Community Services campus offers the full continuum of care including a 45 bed skilled nursing facility, independent and assisted living apartments, memory cottages, and a wellness center. We provide excellent care for our residents with a 5-Star facility rating.

Shift Times: 6:30am-2:00pm. Hired as on-call with opportunity to increase to part-time.

Purpose of Position:

Provide quality care to residents; implement specific procedures and programs; coordinate work within the department, as well as with other departments; report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; respond to inquiries or request for information; assist the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.

• Provide individualized attention, which encourages each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well being
• Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident in the delivery of services to them
• Interact with residents in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring environment
