What are the responsibilities and job description for the Middle School Bible Teacher position at Annapolis Area Christian School?
Annapolis Area Christian School is an independent, nondenominational Christian school serving Kindergarten through 12th grade students.
The Middle School Bible Teacher will teach Bible classes and one elective class with other duties as assigned by the campus Principal or their designee. Candidates who can contribute to the school community by coaching a sport, sponsoring a club, or in other similar ways are highly valued.
Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, Bible / Biblical Studies or Elementary Education, or a related field and demonstrated energy and enthusiasm for teaching students of varying abilities in the years of middle school. The ideal candidate will have a teaching endorsement or certificate (e.g., ACSI certificate) and 3 years of teaching experience at the middle school level.
