Annapolis Area Christian School (AACS) is seeking a Strategic Growth and Data Analyst to drive strategic initiatives that enhance enrollment, optimize revenue streams, and improve institutional efficiency. This role will focus on leveraging data-driven decision-making to expand student engagement, develop external partnerships, and identify opportunities for financial growth. The specialist will collaborate across multiple departments, including Admissions, Advancement, Communications, and Facilities, to execute strategies that support the school’s long-term mission and financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Enrollment & Revenue Development
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for increasing student enrollment.
- Develop targeted outreach initiatives to engage prospective students and families.
- Research and implement strategies to expand youth development programs that align with AACS’s educational mission.
- Collaborate with Admissions to enhance recruitment pipelines through partnerships with feeder schools, churches, and local organizations.
Financial Growth & Institutional Advancement
- Identify and pursue external funding opportunities, including grants and corporate sponsorships, to support academic and student development programs.
- Utilize data analytics to enhance donor engagement and fundraising strategies, working closely with the Advancement team.
- Assist in implementing financial models for new educational initiatives, including feasibility studies for program expansion.
Community Engagement & Partnership Development
- Strengthen community relationships through strategic partnerships with organizations that align with AACS’s mission.
- Develop and promote initiatives that enhance AACS’s visibility and reputation in the broader community.
- Coordinate efforts to increase participation in school-hosted events and extracurricular activities.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Implement data tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of institutional initiatives.
- Work with the CFO/COO to optimize operational workflows and budget planning.
- Improve financial and administrative processes by leveraging data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Education Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, data analysis, enrollment management, fundraising, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience in program development, partnership cultivation, or external funding acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data visualization tools, and financial modeling techniques preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in private school administration, nonprofit development, or youth program expansion.
- Experience working with grant applications and corporate sponsorships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, admissions outreach strategies, or community engagement initiatives.
