What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Fingerprint Operator position at Annapolis Fingerprinting?
Job Description:
- Perform fingerprint services and demographic data collection for non-criminal justice purposes
- Operate Livescan unit to collect and submit electronic fingerprints
- Interact with CJIS and other local officials regarding the joint processing of clients
- Greet fingerprint clients as they enter agency, answer calls, answer general information questions as it relates to fingerprinting
- Maintain and compile verification of logs, collection of monetary fees, balancing daily receipts and other duties related to funds handling process
- Take and email passport photos
- Perform mobile fingerprinting services when needed
- Assist with ordering office supplies
- Assist with background checks/hiring process for homecare company as needed
- Perform additional PreEmployment checks as needed
- Light end of day cleaning duties
Qualifications:
- CJIS Fingerprint Certification a plus
- Prior livescan fingerprinting experience a plus
- Notary a plus
- Should be a skilled organizer able to work effectively in an office environment
