Duties
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Conduct credit analysis to evaluate potential borrowers and assess risk.
- Process loan applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities within financial products.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate financial calculations and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records using 10 key typing for data entry tasks.
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure favorable loan agreements.
- Provide guidance on financial services to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing, and financial regulations.
- Excellent mathematical skills with proficiency in basic math functions.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell financial products and services effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for both the organization and clients.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for financial management and reporting.
