- Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all vehicles are displayed attractively and accurately represented.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and promotional events to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Provide ongoing sales support to customers throughout the buying process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Participate in outbound sales efforts, including follow-ups with potential leads and previous customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
