In this crucial role, you will lead a skilled team of engineers dedicated to developing and maintaining high-performance monitoring and profiling tools tailored for machine learning applications and AI accelerators.
Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the design, development, and deployment of the Neuron Profiler, a vital tool for our customers that facilitates the optimization of AI workloads on hardware platforms such as Trainium and Inferentia. This profiler offers deep insights into performance bottlenecks and overall system behavior.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing the complete development life cycle of the Neuron Profiler and Toolchain, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our C compiler and runtime, providing essential insights for customers to optimize the performance of our hardware.
- Driving innovations that expand the profiler’s support to various frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and XLA.
