Job Description : Workday Functional Lead

Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Functional Lead to spearhead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules within our organization. This role will serve as a critical bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring the Workday platform effectively supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, and Time Tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday capabilities, best practices, and functionality to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance with policies.
• Manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
• Drive system testing, including creating test plans, conducting unit and end-to-end testing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop and deliver user training, ensuring end-users are proficient and confident in using the Workday platform.
• Stay updated on Workday updates and releases, evaluating their impact on the current system and recommending enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
