CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR Project based

Job Description Function : Plays a critical role in providing legal advice and guidance on an as needed basis. Leverages legal knowledge, analytical skills, and expertise to assist in navigating complex legal issues.Job Responsibilities : The performance of the duties outlined below must be carried out with the mission of the Annashae Corporation : Legal Consultation : Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract law, employment law, intellectual property, business law, and more.Legal Research : Conduct in-depth legal research to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to client cases or inquiries.Document Review : Review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant materials to identify potential issues and provide recommendations.Client Communication : Maintain effective communication with clients, explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.Compliance and Ethics : Advise clients on legal compliance and ethical considerations, helping them make informed decisions while adhering to the law.Legal Updates : Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' businesses or legal needs.Collaboration : Collaborate with Annashae to ensure comprehensive and holistic legal solutions for clients.Minimum Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.High ethical standards and integrity.Prior legal experience, even if not currently practicing.Preferred Qualifications : Membership in good standing with the state bar association (if applicable).Understanding of Employment Law on a Federal Level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
