Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessments – Establish the foundation for transformative mental health care by conducting detailed evaluations.
- Provide Psychotherapy and Pharmacotherapy – Empower patients with tailored therapeutic approaches and precise medication management.
- Conduct Psychiatric Evaluations and Mental Status Exams – Gather valuable insights to inform impactful treatment plans.
- Offer Expert Consultations – Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Qualifications:
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in Illinois
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Current DEA Certificate
- Experience in psychiatric care preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
- Unrestricted licensure with limited, if any, malpractice history
