The Ideal Candidate
- Has a Master's degree or higher.
- Has a minimum of two years of experience in advising in a post-secondary academic setting.
- Is able to deal tactfully and effectively with all student groups, faculty, administrators, professional and support staff, and the public.
- Has working knowledge of student development theories.
- Has excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, ability to master student information systems.
