Duties:
Teach Home Inspector continuing education courses for license renewal.
Qualifications:
Current Maryland Home Inspector License required and teaching experience preferred.
Associate's degree required.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Inspector required.
Hours: Courses are a minimum of 8 hours.
Pay Rate: Varies with experience and certifications.
