Job Description
Nature of Work: Under the supervision of the appropriate School Health Nurse, this position performs a variety of health related maintenance duties as indicated by the health profile of students needing assistance during the school day. Responsibilities may include a variety of health tasks and clerical work in assisting students with health related needs. The nature of work involves lifting, positioning, transferring, and aiding in bodily functions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. Experience: None
License Or Certification

- Candidates must successfully complete a Board approved Certified Medication Technician training program provided by the Anne Arundel County Department of Health.
- Candidates must successfully complete a Board approved Certified Nursing Assistant/Certified Medication Technician training program provided by the Anne Arundel County Department of Health.
- Driver’s License Required
