Full-Time County Contractual

Position open to all qualified candidates.

Location: 3 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401

Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Benefits: Participation in the County’s group health plan including prescription, dental, and optical, paid holidays and sick leave. Optional deferred compensation program at employee's own expense.

Job Description

Nature of Work:

Perform septic installation inspections, create compliance drawings and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in environmental or biology science from an accredited college or university.
Master’s degree in environmental or biology science

Experience:

Certificate of Eligibility from the Environmental Health Specialist Board or be a Licensed Environmental Health Specialist

Notes:

Must have a valid drivers license and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
