Overall Position Purpose: Use your IT experience and knowledge to make a difference in your community! This position with the Information Technology team supports a complex enterprise environment of over 700 computers and 400 employees. Supported software includes Microsoft Windows, Google ChromeOS, Apple MacOS, Microsoft 365 productivity applications, as well as some library-specific applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining, and updating desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals; troubleshooting, installing, and updating software; routinely assisting library staff in-person and through written communication.
Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of enterprise technology hardware and applications normally acquired through completion of an associate level degree in computer science or related area and at least two years of appropriate experience in a business setting; or an equivalent combination of experience and training that has provided the knowledge, abilities, and skills listed in the job description.
