Starting Salary: $43,000

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with the public, legal
professionals, and law enforcement. - Experience in maintaining secure and confidential records.
- Knowledge of legal and court procedures is preferred.
Case Management
- Enter witnesses in the MDEC Witness Portal and PbK.
- Request and process relevant documents.
- Prepare and e-file motions for interpreters, amendments, writs, postponements, etc.
- Send discovery documents to defense attorneys.
General Support
- Answer phones as needed and run criminal raps upon request.
- Provide backup support for other team members during absences or high-demand periods.
