Mental Health Operations Center Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled leader to serve as the Evening Shift Supervisor at our Operations Center. This key role involves overseeing the activities of phone counselors and ensuring seamless communication with other teams.
Applicants should hold a Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling, along with an LCPC or LCSW-C certification. The supervisor will be responsible for reviewing and approving Credible notes from mental health phone counselors, providing monthly statistics to the Director, and collaborating with other teams for efficient case-processing.
This role requires strong leadership skills, including supervising the evening Team Lead, maintaining program policies and procedures, and conducting daily reviews of client needs for suitable follow-up actions. The supervisor will also determine the necessity of MCT or CIT intervention and communicate with teams to furnish summaries of dispatch services.
