* The schedule for this position is a weekend package. This position would work every weekend Friday (12pm-8:30pm), Saturday and Sunday (7am-7:30pm). *
JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the residential Direct Support Professionals in Home Life Services. This position oversees the direct implementation and supervision of services and cares provided to the individuals residing on the Anne Carlsen campus and ensures operations are fully functioning and serving children, young adults, and their families utilizing evidence-based practices, seamless delivery, and that programs run efficiently and effectively during their shift. The incumbent provides direct supervision, coaching and mentoring, during their shift of work to the DSP/CNA staff implementing the individual’s programs, services and cares. He/she effectively problem solves issues and needs of both the individuals served as well as employees
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years’ experience required:
2 years of field experience in the area of Developmental Disabilities required.
Certified Medication Assistant
DD Certification
Valid driver’s license as travel is required.
Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:
Associates degree preferred.
5 years of experience in Developmental Disability services preferred.
2 years of experience in leading in the workforce.
