Copywriter

Quantum, an entrepreneurial, fast-paced financial sales and marketing firm in North Scottsdale is looking for an in-office Copywriter. Salary opportunities commensurate with experience.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with our internal marketing team, our partner companies and external agencies on various copywriting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, strategize, and create content that promotes products and services for Quantum and its partners
• Ensure creative material is well-researched, effective and consistent with goals and internal and partner brand standards
• Ability to understand various audiences across B2B and B2C and how to best communicate with them
• Working with cross-functional team members to identify key messages and develop ideas and concepts to speak to core segments
• Writing for a variety of short form channels: video, social media, email, landing pages, white papers
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative brief/brainstorm into persuasive copy concepts
  
  

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, literature, journalism, or related field
• 3-5 years B2B writing experience
• Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to write effective communications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in B2B and B2B2C marketing or marketing on a complex selling channel preferred
