Marketing Project Manager

The Quantum Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead critical projects and drive business initiatives forward for our Marketing team. If you are a dynamic, analytical individual that loves a good challenge, thrives on problem solving and is comfortable influencing direction, then we'd love to speak with you. The ideal Marketing Project Manager will have a passion for leading multiple high priority projects and enjoys working collaboratively with various business units as we build out the Marketing project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business goals and develop project plans, managing resources to ensure project schedules are met
• Initiate, plan, manage and lead complex marketing projects to ensure high priority projects are pushed forward and critical deadlines are met while driving projects to completion
• Monitor project schedule, timelines, milestones and prioritize tasks to ensure delivery goals
• Prioritize project management of projects in an efficient and timely way
• Coordinate with various cross-functional departments to ensure proper understanding of project requirements
• Act as the lead and provide guidance and direction to the various business units and marketing team members
• Organize, schedule and coordinate workloads to meet required milestones and business goals
• Identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to issues that arise
• Work with business lines to understand and develop operational controls to ensure compliance
• This role will work with the marketing team to assist and drive marketing efforts
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• PMP certification highly desired
• 2 years' minimum experience required in a progressively complex Project Manager role
• Experience driving marketing efforts with experience in the field highly desired
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process initiatives
• Financial services, annuity or insurance experience highly desired (compliance experience a strong plus)
• Must have a good understanding of project management practices and principles and process and procedures
• Strong documentation, problem solving and execution skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate and excel in interpersonal skills
