Key Responsibilities
- Creative Development: Design and oversee various projects, including digital campaigns, print materials, social media graphics, events, packaging, and more.
- Strategic Marketing: Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into innovative and visually compelling narratives that drive the business forward.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with designers, copywriters, marketers, web developers, and internal and external teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
- Drive Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously refine and elevate our visual identity and marketing efforts.
- Ensure Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh ideas to keep our designs forward-thinking and relevant.
- You're a creative thinker with a strong portfolio* showcasing your ability to create bold, innovative, and visually stunning designs.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional multi-channel design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.); knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
- Design Excellence: A proven track record of delivering high-quality work across multiple platforms, with a thorough understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Team Skills: Previous experience working within collaborative teams, with the ability to balance constructive feedback and creative encouragement.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
