MedSpa Front Desk Associate
Coastal Medical Aesthetics is looking for a skilled and organized medical front desk associate to join our team. The candidate will perform a combination of administrative and clinical tasks, and a key part of our overall client delivery team. As the first point of contact for most clients, the candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining an environment where all clients feel welcomed, valued, and supported!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing provider schedules and client satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Notifying providers of client arrivals
- Updating practice management software (Zenoti) with appropriate client notes and client documentation
- Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges with the practice management software
- Supporting office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
- Calling prospects to answer questions on treatments and book them for a consultation
- Checking-out clients and ensuring billing accuracy

Additional Information:
- Full-time position, including Saturdays
- The role will require working at both our Del Mar and Bressi Ranch Carlsbad locations.
