Remote Case Manager - Parenting and Outpatient Program
Annie Malone Children & Family Services is excited to announce opportunities for Remote Case Managers in our Parenting and Outpatient Program!
Under the direction of the Director of Parenting and Outpatient Program, the Case Manager will provide case management services to children, youth, and their families. This includes completing required documentation, linking clients to community resources, scheduling appointments, and engaging families through assessments and ongoing services. Experience utilizing virtual platforms, such as DOXY.me, to deliver therapy and engage with clients is required.

Rate of Pay Transparency:
$20 to $25 per hour (based on experience and funding)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Support and manage a caseload of 12-15 families.

Facilitate parenting classes using the Nurturing Families curriculum.

Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.

Collaborate with internal and external team members and stakeholders.

Engage families through intake, goal setting, and ongoing assessment.

Maintain consistent contact with families to ensure service engagement.

Link families and children/youth to community resources.

Complete all intake and discharge paperwork accurately and on time.

Maintain and update the electronic case management system.

Attend virtual court hearings, Family Support Team Meetings, and other online conferences as needed.

Utilize virtual platforms, such as DOXY.me, for therapy and client engagement.

Maintain contact with referral sources to involve them in programs and services.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human/social services field (Master's degree preferred).

Two or more years of case management experience preferred.

Experience working with youth and families.

Experience using virtual platforms like DOXY.me or similar for therapy and client interaction.

Knowledge of community resources and child welfare services.

Strong computer competency to complete electronic documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
