Economic Mobility Program Supervisor
Job Summary: The Economic Mobility Program Supervisor is dedicated to the success of teen males aged 16-21 enrolled in our year-long program. The goal is to support participants in obtaining a high school diploma and securing employment upon program completion. This position oversees day-to-day operations, ensures smooth execution of mentorship programs, manages Saturday activities, and collaborates with community partners to develop volunteer opportunities for the youth. The supervisor plays a key role in introducing participants to various trades and skills, building a strong foundation for long-term economic mobility.
Salary: $48,000 - 50,000 per year, with benefits, based on experience and available funding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff and ensure effective daily operations of the Economic Mobility Program.
- Manage and coordinate mentorship programs, ensuring meaningful connections between mentors and participants.
- Lead and organize Saturday programming, ensuring it aligns with the overall program goals.
- Collaborate with community partners to create volunteer and service opportunities for participants.
- Work directly with participants to introduce them to trades, vocational skills, and life skills that contribute to their future career success.
- Ensure each participant is on track to complete a high school diploma or HiSET and secure employment by the end of the program.
- Maintain strong communication with families to support the treatment plan and ensure their involvement in the participant's journey.
- Develop and enforce program guidelines, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and funding requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, youth development, or a related field (Preferred).
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Experience working with youth in a mentorship, educational, or vocational setting.
- Proven ability to manage staff and collaborate with community partners.
- Strong understanding of economic mobility challenges faced by at-risk youth.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with trades and vocational training is a plus.
- Strong computer competency to complete electronic documentation
- Working knowledge of 365 & Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Must possess a Valid Driver's License
- Must have current automobile insurance for transporting clients
- Willingness to obtain a Class E Driver's License within 30 days of hire
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
