We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Group Leader to oversee and guide our team in environmental projects. Duties
- Lead and manage a team of professionals in executing environmental remediation projects.
- Oversee the development and implementation of environmental permitting processes.
- Conduct research data collection to support project objectives and compliance with EPA regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to design effective solutions for oil and gas projects.
- Utilize SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) for effective project planning and execution.
- Draft reports, proposals, and documentation required for project approvals and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout all phases of the project.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering professional growth within the group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in environmental remediation and permitting processes.
- Familiarity with SWMM and its application in project management.
- Strong understanding of EPA regulations related to environmental projects.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in research data collection methodologies relevant to environmental assessments.
- Strong drafting skills for technical documents, reports, and proposals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and regulatory agencies.
