Live-in Caregiver at Residential ALF

This is a LIVE-IN Caregiver role, where you will reside at the assigned facility 4 to 5 days a week with 2 - 3 days off, including either rotating weekends or set days off. You will have a private room with all utilities covered, allowing you to save on housing expenses while working in a supportive environment. Our location houses six residents.

Each day, you’ll receive 8 hours of assistance from additional staff to ensure you have support with resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Cook and serve meals, assist with feeding as needed, and ensure a safe and clean environment
• Administer medications per healthcare guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized living space for residents
• Monitor residents overnight, with most asleep from 7-8 p.m. until 6 a.m.

Work Environment:

• LIVE-IN accommodation with a private room and utilities included
• 8 hours of daily support from additional staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a residential assisted living facility required
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
